Comfort Scores Lower Than Expected
If you were to make a purchase decision on comfort alone, PureBliss might come across as something as a disappointment. After all, with as much as 20% of respondents in our survey claiming to be Very Dissatisfied with the comfort offered by this product, it would make sense to worry a little about the quality of the product you are getting in to.
However, comfort is just one feature you need to look at during the mattress buying process. It is almost superficial because it is what you can enjoy before you fall asleep. Therefore, what happens once you fall asleep is probably more important. We call this Support.
Support Is What You Want
Where this mattress outshines all others in our mattress ratings survey is in Support. This is extremely important since you spend a good chunk of time asleep. As you can see below, a solid 90% of respondents expressed being Very Satisfied with this product’s support characteristics.
Unfortunately, you need to spend several nights on a mattress to gauge just how supportive it is, compared to just fifteen minutes or less to determine whether it meets your comfort requirements. As such, we will always place greater emphasis on support than on comfort.
Remarkable Value In This Discount Memory Foam Mattress
Unlike some of the other discount mattress owners we have surveyed, those who own PureBliss mattresses are quite satisfied with the Value offered by this product. Take a look.
With just 10% of owners dissatisfied with the Value of the product, that leaves a whole lot of satisfied owners, most of which rank in the Very Satisfied range.
Motion Transfer
With memory foam mattresses, motion transfer is much improved over traditional spring mattresses. There are several manufacturing-related reasons for this, so it did not come as much of a surprise to see that satisfaction levels on the PureBliss foam mattresses was actually extremely strong.
With 100% of owners claiming to be satisfied or very satisfied, you can rest assured that motion transfer will not be an issue if this is the mattress you settle on.
Quality & Durability
With so much praise on some of the “individual” ratings, it came as something of a shock to see a lot less glowing remarks when it came to the PureBliss mattress’s quality and durability characteristics. Here we see a more even distribution of ratings.
With a little under 20% giving a Dissatisfied or worse rating for this mattress, we realize now that PureBliss complaints is something we will have to investigate a lot closer in the coming months.
Overall Satisfaction
Over 80% of PureBliss Memory Foam Mattress owners are Satisfied or Very Satisfied with their product. Much of this satisfaction can probably be attributed to price as well as the support that one enjoys at this price point.
